Privacy Policy

WebTog (`webtog.com`) is an AI workspace. This page explains what we collect when you create an account and use the tools.

What we collect

• Account data: name, email, hashed password, role.
• Billing data handled by the payment provider you enable (Stripe, Paystack, Flutterwave, Razorpay, or PayPal). We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data: token consumption, tool used, timestamps, plan.
• Content you submit to a tool, for the purpose of generating a response. Prompts may be sent to third-party model providers (for example Google Gemini or OpenAI) under their terms.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not claim partnership with Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, or any other vendor whose models or logos may appear as integrations.

Retention and security

Account and billing records are kept while the account is active and as required for accounting. Access to the production database and API keys is limited to operators of this site. Use a unique password.

Your requests

Email hello@webtog.com to request a copy of your account data or deletion of the account. Some billing records may be retained where the law requires it.
