Refund Policy

Token packs and subscription renewals are generally non-refundable once tokens have been consumed. If you were charged in error, or the service was unavailable for a material part of the billing period, email hello@webtog.com within 7 days of the charge with the payment reference.

Chargebacks filed without contacting support first may result in account suspension while the dispute is reviewed.
