By creating an account on webtog.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

WebTog provides access to AI tools billed in tokens or by subscription plan. Output quality depends on the upstream model. We do not guarantee a specific result, ranking, or business outcome.

Accounts and acceptable use

• You are responsible for activity under your login.
• Do not abuse the APIs, scrape other users, or attempt to bypass token limits.
• Do not use the tools for illegal content, malware, or to impersonate another person or company.

Plans, tokens, and refunds

Paid plans grant a token allotment for the billing period. Unused tokens do not roll over unless a plan says otherwise. Refunds are described on the refund page.

Your content and our license

You keep rights in the prompts you submit and in the outputs you generate, to the extent the model provider and applicable law allow. You grant WebTog a limited license to process that content solely to run the tool you invoked.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as-is. WebTog is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or content that a model produces. Liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 30 days before the claim.
